This iPad version corresponds to the Discovering Chinese textbooks used in secondary school systems. It is available in both simplified and traditional characters, suitable for a two-year implementation either at the high school level for Chinese 1 and 2 or at the middle school level for Chinese 1A, 1B, 2A, and 2B.

Aligned with our state-adopted curriculum, Discovering Chinese Pro for iPad offers an innovative and comprehensive approach to Chinese language learning. It prioritizes instructional delivery, paired-learning activities, and self-practice to provide students ample opportunities to enhance their listening and reading skills while encouraging them to practice speaking and writing. The application evaluates students based on their practical language skills rather than solely on vocabulary knowledge.

Discovering Chinese Pro utilizes a systematically structured spiral-up and theme-based methodology meeting stringent educational standards. This approach facilitates differentiated teaching styles, allowing students to progress at their own pace or engage interactively in group activities both inside and outside the classroom.
